Step 1
Choose Your Apparel
Browse the Catalog to pick the exact apparel, hats, bags, or blankets you want. We order directly at wholesale pricing — helping you keep costs low.
Step 2
Get a Quote
Click to request a quote in our main menu. Send us the item code along with your logo, artwork, or idea by entering it into our request a quote form, and we’ll provide a quote.
Step 3
Approve & Order
Once you approve your design and pricing, we order the blank items (usually arrive within 2 business days) and then we begin the embroidery or imprint process items.
Step 4
Production
Once your items arrive, we prepare your artwork by digitizing it into a stitch-ready file. Then we begin the embroidery, patch application, or imprint process.
Step 5
Pickup or Delivery
Finished orders can always be picked up directly at Boundary Embroidery by appointment. On a case-by-case basis on some orders, local delivery may also be available.

🕒 Turnaround Time
Standard Orders: Completed in about 7 days after apparel arrives.
Larger Orders (25+ pieces): Allow 2 weeks.
Holiday & Special Events: For Christmas delivery, please order by the first week of December. For November events, plan at least 2 weeks ahead.
Rush Orders: We do our best — sometimes even overnight — but please ask first!
